At Draper James, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, which will be sent directly to your email address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized mail carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
